Digital processes include: making a product, or a service or product; creating an account, booking a trip, or using a payment method; or providing information about a customer or customer’s business.

Business processes can also involve the provision of digital services, such as a website, app, or mobile app that can provide information about customers’ businesses, or services or businesses, such that the customer’s customers or business can see them.

Examples would be Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Voice, Skype and others services that provide information on a customer’s website or app.

Digital businesses process can also consist of services, services, and products that are delivered via e-mail, phone calls, SMS or other communications.

Examples might be online chat apps that offer voice calls to customers, online payment apps that accept payment online or a mobile application that provides online shopping services.
